A hearty thank-you after a day on Mount Rokko. From Sunday, November 1 to Sunday, November 15, 2026, Rokko Mountain Athletic Park GREENIA in Kobe will serve the original beef curry (medium spicy) at its in-park restaurant Alpenrose for ¥450 instead of the usual ¥900, for every visitor. The park’s season ends on Sunday, November 15, so this is a thank-you offer that runs right up to the final day.
The finale of the autumn “three big deals”
GREENIA bills itself as an “adventure kingdom where mountain, sky and waterside are all your stage,” with 174 athletic challenges, making it one of the largest facilities of its kind in Japan. Its operator, Rokko Mountain Kanko, is running a different special offer each month from September to November as a thank-you to visitors, and the half-price curry is the third.
The idea is simple: after playing hard and working up an appetite, enjoy a spicy curry with family and friends. It suits anyone who wants to end the season with both the fun and the meal as memories.
Areas to try before the curry
The park highlights two areas to enjoy alongside the curry.
One is “de kairiki,” a serious power-style area that tests whole-body strength and balance. You use your arms and legs to the full on its tough obstacles, and adults tend to get hooked.
The other is “wonder amembo,” a popular area spread over the water, full of thrills and a sense of freedom. When friends or families take it on together, cheers and laughter ring out. Participants must be in elementary school (grade 1) or above and at least 110 cm tall. Afterwards you can warm up under the coin-operated showers in the park, then fill up on curry.
The second deal, half price for ages 65+, is on now
The second of the three campaigns is still running. From Friday, October 2 to Saturday, October 31, admission for visitors aged 65 and over is half price, ¥1,500. Photo ID (driver’s license, My Number card, passport, etc.) is required, and the offer cannot be combined with other discounts, including special excursion tickets. Reservations for Forest Adventure are taken by phone at +81-78-891-0366 (dial 078-891-0366 within Japan).
