Thirteen days of walking among Tom and Jerry’s cuteness are coming to Umeda. “TOM and JERRY Wakuwaku Street in Osaka” runs from Wednesday, November 11 to Monday, November 23 (a national holiday), 2026, in a special venue on the 7th floor of Daimaru Umeda. It is organized by Telacoya Co., Ltd., a souvenir planning and retail company headquartered in Kyoto.

A street with something fun around every corner, in four food themes

The venue is built around four themes that mix Japanese food culture with pop culture. “ANGEL & DEVIL” plays on spicy versus sweet. “FOOD SHOP” is the dreamy world of cakes, candy and cream imagined by Jerry and Tuffy. “WELCOME TO JAPAN FOOD” is themed on sushi, tempura and onigiri (rice balls), and “FUN FUN ‘OMATSURI’ FOOD” is a nostalgic festival-style street lined with food stalls.

There will also be a photo spot with the rounded silhouettes of Tom, Jerry and Tuffy. You can pose with the goods you have just bought, so think about how you will carry your shopping if you want a souvenir photo.

Some 200 event-exclusive items

The main attraction is merchandise you can only buy at this event: more than 200 items, from plush toys and Japanese-style goods to stationery and apparel. Some items have purchase limits.
